I was excited to try these as cinnamon is a favorite of mine. I've used the fruit flavored and liked them, but these were problematic for me. First they badly stained my night guard (which I've tried numerous things but can't remove the orange color) and second they caused some mild injury to the mucus membranes of my mouth. I love the style of the author's writing for this text. It is not too dense, and they provide humor/ a more personal approach. The way the chapters are divided is great for a quick glance.
